Skin Quality & Laxity Consultations
Our registered nurses and doctors provide personalised, non-surgical skin consultations following a comprehensive assessment of your concerns and goals. Guided by your clinical presentation, we develop a tailored care plan that may include options to support skin tone, hydration and overall quality, and to improve the appearance of skin laxity, texture irregularities, and reduced firmness. Where appropriate, procedures are performed by experienced registered nurses after a thorough consultation to determine suitability.
How we approach treatment
During your consultation, we’ll discuss evidence-informed options that may encourage your skin’s natural renewal processes and help improve the appearance of density, smoothness and hydration over time. Results vary between individuals and typically develop gradually as part of a staged plan. Areas commonly discussed include those showing signs of ageing, sun exposure or changes in skin quality. When clinically appropriate, options can be combined within a broader, personalised skin-health plan.
Your personalised plan
Our medical team will assess your skin, talk through your objectives, and determine whether a skin-quality improvement approach is suitable for you. Your schedule and plan will be tailored to your needs with ongoing clinical monitoring to support appropriate progression and measured outcomes. We’ll also discuss supportive at-home skincare options where relevant.
Important information: If any option involves a prescription-only medicine (Schedule 4), details about that medicine—including suitability and costs—can only be provided during a private consultation in accordance with Australian regulations. All procedures carry potential risks (for example, temporary redness, swelling, tenderness or bruising). A consultation is required to determine suitability.
Your clinician may recommend Profhilo Haenkenium Cream as part of your at-home skincare plan to support hydration and skin quality. Any in-clinic treatment options, including prescription-only medicines, are discussed privately during consultation.
Following a detailed facial assessment, our doctors and cosmetic registered nurses will develop a personalised care plan aligned with your concerns, goals and clinical presentation.
